This isn’t really a review of the simple Mirage Drive component I ordered, but more a commentary on the customer service I received. I searched the web for a replacement part and was striking out. Hobbie shut down essentially during COVID, and parts hard to find. Made a cold call, not really expecting an answer. A wonderfully pleasant lady answer my call and immediately confirmed the availability of the part in question. Pulled the part off the shelf and coordinated with person in shipping. Part was shipped out the same day! Basically revived in two business days. Three cheers!
